Wow what an awesome home. The accommodations and comfort were first rate A*. I wanted something very special for my kids and grandkids and I got it right here. I looked at quite a few homes and even staying at Disney, but this was the home we kept coming back to. The pool and hot tub was a huge bonus after the parks. Thank you for sharing your home! We had a great time and felt very comfortable staying here. Our two boys (ages 7 and 3) could not get enough of the pool! We loved your patio area – the ceiling fans made it much easier to tolerate the heat. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and extra items we found around the house. We enjoyed your beautiful home! The privacy you have out the back with the pool and hot tub is great. We slept well on the comfortable mattress in the Master. My 13 year old loved the games room; with pool, air hockey and foosball to choose from. We would love to stay here again! Thank again!

After 70 inches of snow this winter, we couldn’t wait to come here for some relief from the cold. We have stayed in several houses in Orange Tree and yours has been our favourite! The house is comfy, the pool is great. Thanks for sharing your house. Hope we can head down here again!

It was lovely to share your villa with us. We have all enjoyed our stay in it. The games room, swimming pool and spa were used every day and the kids loved your pool floats, especially the monkey and flamingo. They were Jake’s favourite. The villa is so well equipped and spacious and Chris loved the decorations around the interior. He said they were splendid and he loved the Disney mural. It was a great way for me and the family to celebrate my forthcoming 60th birthday.

Second time at the house and had a wonderful time. Your house is wonderful, which we think is the greatest part of our stay. Our daughter Danielle got engaged on the Virgin plane on our way out, which started our holiday on a high. Weather great! Great time as always at the parks. Like the new Publix. Pool used every day this time and Jacuzzi, well worth having. New improvements to the house settees, mattress in second double bedroom and tv of course, very nice. Lovely and clean. Just don’t want to go home. Hopefully be back soon. Will recommend to all.

Second time here at your lovely home! Great home and great holiday! WIFI is excellent, was great for keeping up to date back home in Scotland. Jacuzzi was a great addition and we enjoyed using it. We will again be back. Also the recent changes you made to the décor are great and make a huge difference.

What a crackin’ time! Great holiday . Clermont is a beautiful area!

Another great holiday. This time we came fully IT’ed up with tech; laptops; iPhones; tablets, so took fully advantage of the WIFI . We were surfing everywhere, including the Jacuzzi! Trips to Pine Island were gone as well as Rock and Blues night up at Winter Garden Village. Overall, again, top time here!

Another year, another super house and holiday time flies when having so much fun. Draped the new suite like Joan Collins! Nice to have Publix so close as it is Margaret’s favourite. Keep finding new beaches. Didn’t mind the 30 mile trip. Can you move the house up there to Pine Island please!

This house was great space for all 5 of us and provided all the space we needed. It was a nice thing to have the pool and the games room right there for our uses. It is an overall great place. Thank you for letting us stay here

We had a wonderful time here! What a way to spend out 20th anniversary! Parks were Great! Weather was perfect! House was immaculate! It was nice to come back to the house after the parks closed and cook a snack up, sit by the pool then swim and relax in the hot tub without crowds.

We have rented dozens of homes and thought that this was the best! Very clean on arrival – everything in good working order and the pool was outstanding – water temperature a lovely 89° each day. Very quiet area – our own visiting egrets. We are so relaxed after one week here! One of the very few homes I would consider returning to! Keep up the good work!

What a great week in a beautiful home. It was so nice to watch college softball and be able to come back to such a nice house to unwind. Ct had 8 foot of snow this year, so the 80° days were perfect. Thanks.

Our 18th visit to this house!! We almost feel local! A resident type! All of us enjoyed our stay again. Jacuzzi brilliant! Back bed a bit creaky! Get a slide for pool! Oh a 60” TV would be good too! Just joking!!! I’m sure we’ll be back for some more. Shame Publix wasn’t finished up road!

We enjoyed your lovely home. It accommodated 9 people of which 1 disabled adult and 4 children. We loved the area, the rooms and pool area. If we come this way again we will try to stay here! The only thing, the weather wasn’t great in the beginning of the week! Thanks again!

Sometimes arbitrary world events create friendships that couldn’t have happened without a volcana eruption on another continent; and brings new meaning to the understanding of irony. After meeting and spending a little time with the owners of this palace we were honored to be here in their house. We won’t forget…..

For our family of 3 , the house is perfect. Lots of access to the pool and deck. Tasteful furniture and décor. Immaculately clean. We really enjoyed the games room, awesome pool table. Our son really liked the air hockey. The wildlife is incredible and we had friendly neighbours. Cody loved the cranes. We have been incredibly comfortable and will come back. (Thank you Andy, Frances, Sophie and Jessica for wonderful vacation memories.)

Another super break in your beautiful house. Still lots of things to do besides the parks. Harry P Leu Botanical Gardens, turn off 85 on I4 and Bok Tower on 27 south, both worth a visit. Lake Apopka and the Boat Mistress at Oakland, just off route 50, another peaceful spot to Alligator watch. To finish off, one for the ladies, manicure and pedicure at the Cagan Crossing small shops across from Walmart, $32 and the chairs give you a massage too! We’ll be back. Oh forgot to mention a deer in the tree, disturbed by a hot air balloon just skimming the roof and landing on playing field. WOW!

We had a great stay! We enjoyed both Disney and the other theme parks as well as Clearwater and Juniper Springs. We also managed to squeeze in a trip to Fort Lauderdale. The house was great and the kids loved the pool and the games room. We found everything convenient and would not hesitate to return. Thanks!

The third time we come to Florida, it was again Great! The house is perfect for the kids, they love the playroom and we like the rest of the comfort. We have loaded our batteries and can work for another year and hope we can save enough money so we can come back!

The house was like a dream. Space upon belief. Well maintained and quiet. Racoons didn’t like us the first two days, but we stood for two weeks. A lot of frogs that reminded me of my passion, Puerto Rico. Pool was private and open 24 hours. One day we will be your neighbours! Thank you for allowing us to share beautiful family memories.

We arrived during a power cut (Halloween came early). Care of villa 1st class. Loved watching the butterflies as we relaxed around the pool. Heard, but didn’t see any racoons! Enjoyed meal at Randys – worth a try! Lake Louisa park a must see! Take an evening walk around the estate and check out the little frogs on the walk way! Who needs Mickey and all his pals when you can enjoy the scenery around the area of Orange Tree! Highly Recommended!
